Refund policy
Not happy with a pass purchase for any reason? Email mattmadecley@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy your pass and we'll refund you — no questions asked. There's no minimum time limit and no need to explain why; we'd just like the feedback if you're willing to share it.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a collection you unlocked with a pass becomes permanently unavailable (for example, the underlying source link is taken down) within a reasonable time of your purchase, that also qualifies for a refund or credit toward another pass, whichever you'd prefer. Ad-supported unlocks are free, so there's nothing to refund there — if the ad-unlock flow itself isn't working, email us and we'll fix it or point you to the pass option instead.
Copyright / DMCA takedown policy
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. Everything published on ThotDen is believed, in good faith, to be used with the rights necessary to do so. If you're a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on their behalf) and believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to mattmadecley@gmail.com that includes:
your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing, including a direct link to the specific collection or page; your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the user or party responsible for the material of the takedown. If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address identifying the removed material and including a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
